Electric Callboy announced their new drummer Frank Zummo back in May, after previous percussionist David-Karl Friedrich parted ways with the band earlier in the month. With the changing of the guard came an experiment of the sonic variety in "Revery," a haunting exercise in the band's electronicore sound.
To showcase their new skinsman, the band posted a video of Zummo playing through the new single. As the intro and outro are without percussion, the version of the song here is shorter than the album version (3:06 as opposed to 3:40), but Zummo's energy doesn't dip whatsoever, even in the blazing machine-gun kick sections of the breakdown.
