Just as songs like "Bring Me to Life" did for Daredevil before it, Evanescence have provided a soundtrack for action flicks of the big screen. "Fight Like A Girl," which the band made alongside solo artist K.Flay, features on the soundtrack of The World of John Wick: Ballerina, and today (July 7th), the band have unveiled their new music video for the anthem.
The clip, directed by Ballerina's director Chad Stahelski, has a cool color palette, striking visuals including the drummer being set on fucking fire, and singers Amy Lee and K.Flay commanding every second that they're on screen. It may not be action-packed as the film for which the song was written is, but it is no less impactful.
And in times like these, that's enough, frankly.
