Powerman 5000's "When Worlds Collide" Added To 'Stage Tour' Setlist

The 1999 nu metal classic has found its way to the setlist for the upcoming rhythm-action game.

We are but three months away from Stage Tour, the new incarnation of rhythm/action games by redoctane, the developers of the timeless classics Guitar Hero. In their gamescom presentation last month, the developers unveiled roughly half of the 90-song setlist that will be available at launch, and today, they've unveiled three more tracks, including a certified nu metal classic.

Powerman 5000's 1999 classic "When Worlds Collide," taken from their album Tonight The Stars Revolt!, has been announced for the game's setlist, marking the first time the band has appeared in such a game. This is far from their first soundtrack appearance, as three of their songs including the aforementioned "When Worlds Collide" featured on the WWE SmackDown vs. RAW soundtrack in 2004.

Joining the track in this latest announcement are Blur's "Parklife" and Sabaton's "Night Witches," adding to the already-extensive tracklist for the game, which drops on December 10th for consoles and PC. Perhaps the recent remix by Die Krupps will make an appearance as DLC down the line?
