The Callous Daoboys are on a fucking roll.
This year marks the release of their most successful album yet, I Don't Want To See You In Heaven, as well as their first full US headlining tour ever. Before the tour kicks off in the US on September 12th, they're crushing it on some overseas stops, one of which being the the seventh annual ArcTanGent Festival.
Following their performance at Motocultur Festival the day before, they would post a highlight video stating that they would be "playing the REAL national anthem" during their ArcTanGent set. Frontman Carson Pace would also post on his personal Twitter the following day: "About to hit ArcTanGent with the combination ***** *******/***** **** cover".

To those not privy to these posts, the tenth track on the setlist must have come as a real shock. Following "The Demon of Unreality Limping Like A Dog", Pace would invite Hidden Mothers vocalist Liam Knowles onstage, with guitarist Daniel Hodson launching into the iconic guitar intro of Enter Shikari's post-hardcore classic "Sorry You're Not A Winner" shortly after.
What follows is one hell of a cover, with the band also incorporating a snippet of Norma Jean's "I Used To Hate Cell Phones But Now I Hate Car Accidents" into the mix. The combined energy is palpable, and the crowd is clearly feeling it. The clapped sections of the track echo throughout the whole venue. Talk about closing your set with a bang.
