At the 2026 Royal Rumble, AJ Styles wrestled his final match against "The Career Killer" Gunther, bringing an end to a nearly three-decade-long in-ring tenure. On tonight's (Feb. 23rd) episode of RAW emanating from Atlanta, Georgia, it was announced that the legend would be taking his rightful place in the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2026, set to be inducted over WrestleMania weekend in Las Vegas.

To mark the occasion, a video package of career highlights, wrestler testimonials, and never-before-seen backstage footage aired, all soundtracked to Creed's seminal hit "Higher." Creed is an act synonymous with the heyday of pro wrestling, and so it made all the sense in the world to use the Human Clay anthem for a tribute to the cornerstone of TNA Wrestling and two-time former WWE Champion.

While we here at The Nu Metal Agenda are still rallying for Limp Bizkit to get the nod, we'll take this as well. AJ Styles has served as a game-changer for modern wrestling, innovating the "no limits" X Division in TNA in its formative years, all while making it look easy even in his later years. Say what you will about modern-day, TKO Holdings-operated WWE, but this video is another great one on the track record of the production team, the same ones that gave us that "My Way" package all those years ago.
