Last night (September 8th), fans of The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon were treated to a special performance of BNYX'S remix of Offset and J.I.D.'s track "Bodies" with special guest Drowning Pool.
And it kicked ass.
The remix, available on the deluxe edition of Offset's album KIARI, entitled KIARI:Offset, comes courtesy of producer BNYX. While the earlier version sampled vocals from Drowning Pool's 2001 hit, this new version beefs up the sample and adds heavy guitars. Rather than coming off like a label-mandated crossover, the track finds all parties involved playing to their strengths, and it's a far cry from Quavo's fizzy Lenny Kravitz team-up, "Fly."
