This slander?? This malice?? This disgusting display of ignorance?? Invoke my gimmick account to signal boost a piece of content in the shape of a song by Trumps Nephew a.k.a. ForgiatoBlow?
No, I had to speak on this. I don't have to listen to it, mind you, although you could assert I have a responsibility to before I write about it but why? It's not music, it's content. It exists to be spread, I am already doing F. Blow's bidding by writing about it. As if he cares that I don't like him. Do you know what 'viral' means? It comes from the word 'virus' and a virus has no higher purpose than to spread.
Instead of misusing the ears god gave me to listen to Deftones with (I have a staff with less valuable ears than my own to do this kind of thing for me) I'm just going to try and imagine what this song (?) sounds like based off of what other people are saying. Here we go.
- The Instrumental is Good
Lowkey pisses me off that the instrumental was wasted for this garbage.

This can't be true. It has to sound like the same stock metalcore presets that every band with "The Fallen" in or around their name uses. Just pallets of too-loud guitars, drums that sound like they're made entirely of MIDI kicks even the cymbals, a low end that's drowning in that pink sludge they make chicken nuggets with. It sounds like We Are Not Your Kind-era Slipknot being covered by that guy that uses assault rifles to overdub the snares. Or maybe it's a nu-gaze track those are hot now. I pray I never find out.

So, the caption is "RT IF YOU STAND WITH ICE!!!!!" Does this attitude ever make for good music? There have been bootlick anthems since time immemorial and they're all fucking bad. Is it even worth sitting here and telling you about ICE's daily quota of war crimes (here's one I found out about today!) inflicted on a population that is as shocked as they are enthralled by them? Not at all because this isn't what Forgie Blow thinks, he doesn't really 'stand with ICE.' This is simply his angle, it's his market, it's his engagement strategy. His account is verified, he has a direct financial interest in making as many people as upset as possible so he can get paid for doing it. Even if he thinks he believes what he says he does not. He's a rat in a box being fed pellets by a tech billionaire. If that tech billionaire wanted him to go on a posting spree about how trans rights are human rights he's one tweak of the algorithm away from doing it. He is a void in the shape of a person. There is simply nothing here.
- Forgiato Blow Got Ivan Moody on the Track?

I mean, it could be him! It's probably not him but you can't tell me that does not look a little like Ivan Moody!

Did you know I became a Motograter defender last year? I got so into how their debut album reflects the thoughts and feelings of America's vast array of tactical gear morons. It's not a good album but it is a compelling one because it's not content, it's art. 'Content creation' didn't really exist as we know it today in 2003. It has honest thoughts about a world that terrifies its author. When Moody builds the brutal "Prophecies" to a climactic "Monstrous, what we've become / Space waste, brain dumb / Nostradamus prophecies / Welfare / Enemies!" it says more about the mindset of these lunks than he meant to say. Basically, they're scared of everything. Paring "Welfare" with a shrieking "Enemies" just about sums it up. So if you want some actual art about this, that's the place to go. It also fucking rips, even when I didn't like it I had to admit the instrumentals were absurdly tough.
