Saturday night Linkin Park kicked off the South American leg of their From Zero World Tour in rousing fashion. One particular highlight was when opener Poppy joined the band for a performance of their hit "One Step Closer." In contrast to her typically demure stage presence, Poppy's excitement is audible as she tears through the song's choruses. It should come as no surprise that she absolutely demolishes the song's classic bridge section, but it's still a sight to behold her belting "Shut up when I'm talking to you!"
This tour comes after a flurry of Poppy activity in recent weeks that includes a collab with BABYMETAL, a hit single with Amy Lee and Spiritbox's Courtney LaPlante, a surprise new single, a bonus show in São Paulo, and a cover of Wham!'s holiday classic "Last Christmas." Meanwhile, Linkin Park have been busy touring the world in support of their latest album, From Zero, and the 25th anniversary of their landmark debut album Hybrid Theory.

From Zero is out now on Warner/Machine Shop Records. Poppy's latest album, Negative Spaces, is out now on Sumerian Records. Check out various footage of the performance below:
