Enemy Inside Announce Fourth Album 'RIP,' Drop "Rag Doll" With Lake Malice & As Everything Unfolds

The German outfit's new album drops on January 15th, 2027.

German modern metallers Enemy Inside have announced their fourth album RIP, which will release on January 15th, 2027 via Reigning Phoenix Music. The album comes just a hair under two years since their third album Venom, the cycle for which saw the band play Wacken Open Air, M'era Luna, and more prominent festivals.

We've already heard the title track for the album, as it dropped back in April. "Dopamine," which will also feature on the LP, released this summer back in July.

In the announcement on their socials, the band offer up the following:

R.I.P. 🖤 A new chapter begins.

Our fourth album drops January 15th.
We’ve poured so much of ourselves into this album and have been working intensely on it over the past few months. We’re so ready for you to hear it.

R.I.P. is about what we choose to lay to rest—the versions of ourselves shaped by fear, guilt and manipulation. Taking back control, leaving the past behind and carrying the scars without letting them define us.

To mark the occasion, the band have released the third single from the forthcoming record in "Rag Doll," calling upon As Everything Unfolds' Charlie Rolfe and Lake Malice's Alice Guala to provide vocals alongside singer Nastassja Giulia. The music video, which Giulia directed, gives Victorian haunted manor vibes alongside porcelain and punishing riffs. It was a fitting release for the day before Halloween, and it's a powerful track showcasing more of Giulia's harsh vocals, which are not talked about enough.

Put simply, the band tell the story behind the song:

'Rag Doll' tells the story of breaking free from someone who only loved the version of you, they could control. It’s about reclaiming your voice, your identity and your strength after being treated as something disposable.

Voice = found, I'd say, and then some. Check out the music video for "Rag Doll" below:
