The true-crime-inspired duo SKYND have been as active as they've ever been in 2026, having released the seventh and eighth chapters in their investigation, Red Winter and The Open Secret. Their summer peaked with an appearance at Wacken Open Air Festival in Germany, and recently, the festival's YouTube channel have released a pro-shot clip from their performance of their track "Tyler Hadley."
While this track leans more into the industrial end of SKYND's offerings, it's no less heavy or rattling, as the bass and guitars thump and scrape along in the chorus. Fans of the band's newer work will, as such, be treated to something from the early days of the project, as "Tyler Hadley" comes from all the back in Chapter II in 2019.

SKYND's latest EP Chapter VIII: The Open Secret is available now on all streaming platforms. Currently, the band's only date on the books for 2027 is an appearance at Rock Castle Festival in Czechia this coming August. Check out the band's official website for more info and updates.
