In the twenty years since Bring Me The Horizon released their debut album, Count Your Blessings, in 2006, the band has shifted genres wildly. Bring Me The Horizon dominated the deathcore scene on Myspace with this record. Their follow-up efforts, Suicide Season and There Is A Hell..., displayed a change towards a more metalcore sound for the band. 2013 onwards showed that Bring Me The Horizon weren't scared to experiment with more genres such as pop rock, electronicore, nu metal, hyper pop, industrial, and pop punk. This has been met with mixed reviews, with some fans enjoying the range of styles while others wish they hadn't strayed from their deathcore and metalcore roots.
Now, Bring Me The Horizon embraces their roots by releasing a re-recording of their debut album entitled Count Your Blessings | Repented, scheduled to come out on July 10th. It is important to note that the name of the last track has been blurred out, causing rampant speculation as to what it could be.
One theory is that it could be their cover of "Eyeless" by Slipknot, which was featured on the Hot Topic edition as a bonus track. Another theory is that it is a previously unreleased demo. Also, the seventh track has been renamed from "Liquor & Love Lost" to "Dragon Slaying" on the Repented version, which was it's original demo title.
Additionally, Bring Me The Horizon have announced that they will be playing a special show in conjunction with Outbreak Festival. They will perform Count Your Blessings in full for the first time ever, as well as other favorites. The performance will take place on July 10th in Manchester, England and also features Static Dress, Dying Wish, HERIOT, Rolo Tomassi, Car Underwater, and Still In Love.

The promotional flyer displays an old photo of the band that is sure to have done numbers on Tumblr back in the day, as well as the old Bring Me The Horizon logo.
It is yet to be known if the band will stay faithful to the original deathcore style of the record, or if they plan on taking some creative liberties and adapting the album to their current sound.
